A local brief is a demonstration, not a commitment.

These terms apply only to the interactive Consultation Studio included in this portfolio demonstration. They do not govern a real tattoo service or replace terms that a future operating atelier would need to issue.

The flow can organise the project’s purpose, how its story should be shared, a body-placement plan, style direction, session preference, artist choice, timing preferences, limited contact details, and a final saved copy. That copy exists only in sessionStorage for the current browser tab.

Choosing Create local brief does not submit, send, email, or transfer the saved copy to VEIL or another recipient. There is no inbox, submissions database, or external form destination.

The local brief is not a booking, appointment request, reservation, waiting-list entry, or calendar hold. No date, time, consultation, session, or artist availability is confirmed.

Creating or copying the brief forms no contract, acceptance, obligation, or commitment between the visitor and VEIL. The portfolio cannot accept a project or bind a future business.

The demo provides no price, deposit, payment term, automatic valuation, or offer. Approximate scale and session preference do not calculate cost, hours, or a guaranteed number of sessions.

The preliminary recommendation is created by fixed rules from the project choices you select and includes clear reasons. It is not professional suitability advice, does not assign an artist, and does not indicate that anyone has reviewed or accepted the work.

The availability step records broad preferences for timing, day, time, and consultation format. It is not a live calendar, a promised response time, or evidence that a requested option is available.

A portfolio work may be attached as creative context. It is not a design to copy, a commission order, a guarantee of the same artist, or permission to reproduce another person’s project.

The website performs no medical assessment, diagnosis, risk check, or qualification for a tattoo procedure. Do not use the Story field for sensitive medical records. Suitability and preparation would require an appropriate individual discussion in a real service.

A VL-DEMO-YYYY-XXXXXXXX value identifies one local session record. It is not a submission number in a VEIL system, does not prove delivery, and does not guarantee global uniqueness.

Start over removes the working Consultation brief and placement plan while retaining the ordinary context with which you entered. Start a new consultation on the Confirmation page removes the full Consultation context. The saved copy also ends with sessionStorage when the browser session closes.

A real enquiry service would require verified business terms, privacy information, operating policies, secure handling, appropriate protection against misuse, retention rules, and a clearly identified recipient. It would be a separate service, not a change of wording in this demonstration.
